For me, this wasn't really a spam call. It was Slumberland with a followup thank you message for a recent purchase. Caller ID said 800 Service, so I thought it was spam and didn't answer, but they left a message.

I didn't answer it because it came in as a one 800 number, but it was from slumberland furniture thanking me for my recent purchase. No return call requested.

I listened to the message ten times and couldn't understand what she was saying so I had to look it up.  Makes more sense now, but I still don't hear "from Slumberland" in the message.  She should have spoken more slowly & clearly.
