claiming to be Citicards macy's

call multiple times a day including past 10pm

have told them they have the wrong number and to remove my number four times now.. doesn't seem to make a difference.


anyone know how to stop it?

Thank you for posting the number and accociation with Citi/Macy association.  If you have not registered you phone for "do not call," that's the first place to start.  If you have dealt with Citi or Macys or a store bought by Citi or Macys, they have an existing business relationship and the do not call rules do not apply. However, even in those cases, note the FCC summary "An EBR exists if you have made an inquiry, application, purchase, or transaction regarding products or services offered by the person or entity involved. Generally, you may put an end to that relationship by telling the person or entity not to place any more solicitation calls to your home. Additionally, the EBR is only in effect for 18 months after your last business transaction or three months after your last inquiry or application. After these time periods, calls placed to your home phone number or numbers by that person or entity are considered telephone solicitations subject to the do-not-call rules."
