800-511-6933

Said I've won something and asked to attend a presentation. When I asked if this is a scam, she hung up. The call came from 800-511-6933 but 708-758-2108 was on caller id.

Call showed up as 312-602-3336 and left a voicemail claiming we won a contest.  Did not and will not call back - either a scam or trying to sell something.

Caller said we won Navigator.  We called back just a answering machine.  I figure it is a scam of course.

I returned the call and a spokesperson for United Travel Network gave me the contest speal. After looking online more I found out it is for a travel club that costs $6-11000 to join. After listening to a 90 minute presentation, the hard sell comes. They do appear to take no for an answer and all that have attended have actually walked away with a prize of some sort. Some received TV's while most received a cruise. The cruise ends up costing about $300 in taxes and fees but is worth around $3000.

If you don't mind sitting through a 90 minute presentation it sounds like you will walk away with something to show for your time.
