I received 2 calls from this number in one day. No message left unknown who it is.

It's Eastlink, calling about connection or reconnection appointments. It's all automated, they ask you to confirm, change or cancel your appointment.

It's Eastlink (a cable/phone/internet company in Nova Scotia) calling to confirm your appointment to have services hooked up. It's all automated and you press 1 to confirm your appointment, 2 to change it.

And in Alberta too.. At least central Alberta. I'm in the dead center of AB and have had their service for two years

Useless system, if you want to change or cancel your appointment, the automated system plays crappy music and claims to be transferring you to an agent, but after 5 minutes, it just hangs up....so I guess you have no choice but to confirm your appointment....

But is it actually Eastlink? The number is from the US

Robocall claiming to be eastlink confirming an appointment. I'm not a customer of theirs and the number is calling from the US. Eastlink is a Canadian company with no call centres in the US. Also, can't cancel said "appointment". Even if you try, it puts you on hold and hangs up.

I received a call from this number and it says it is Revenue Canada and there is a law suit being filed under my name. If I don't respond there will be a warrant issued for my arrest.

Internet in ontario

I received a automated call from 800-517-2068 saying it was the Social Security Administration. Told me if I didn’t call them back ASAP they were going to pursue legal action against me. I called the number back and they told me they could tell me anything until I gave them all my personal info.

Received call from this number, phone showed the call was originating from Ontario and the caller name was 'dance and music'.  Didn't answer, but a voice-mail was left asking me to confirm an appointment.  Oddly, i do have an appointment with Eastlink tomorrow but if the call was from Eastlink it would have shown the caller name as Eastlink not Dance and Music
