It came in as I was on another call. I ignored it and proceeded with my call that I was on. I tried calling it back but when I did it beeped twice and then hung up. I Have no idea who it was but I am on the national Do Not Call list.

I received a call from 1-800-520-7109 and I answered the phone like I always do, nothing to hide!, said "hello" several times no voice or nothing on the other end and they just hung up. Now I heard from a friend of mine and they stated that some people overseas will call and hang up knowing you have caller ID, then when you call back you get charged, I really don't know if this is true or not, but if they are not saying anything then they don't need a call back.

1 800 520 7109 has been calling for days. Won't leave a message, when the answering machine comes on they hang up.  I called back and could not understand what they were saying at first.  When a mans voice came on that I could understand I requested they not call me anymore.  One minute I got a call from the same number, I picked up the phone but would not respond.  They kept saying hello then hung up.  I hope they had to pay for the call connection even if they didn't get any information. I'm also on the do not call list.

I got a phone call from 1-800-520-7109 and I answered the phone and they say nothing. I got a few of these calls. So I used 69 call back to find out who it was. Then I called the number. They told me it was a grants line. I asked them why they kept hanging up on me and they started in about some stupid grant. I said no thank you and hung up. People need to find better things to do than annoying people. Just thought I would report this. Thanks Trisha

SAme as everyone else... Calls 10 times a day. I answer and get nothing for a response. Then they call back again. I called and got someone claiming it was "Grant Funding" his name was "Jim" They barely spoke english. I asked to be removed from the call list. 1 minute later I get a call back again... Same phone number 1-800-520-7109 They hang up on me again. Then the call again 2 minutes later and claim to my wife that they are an auto loan company and his name was "Pete". Then they get me on the phone and try high pressuring me for information. They wanted to run a "Small credit check" I told them no credit check or anything, I was not interested and hung up, they called back again. I told them "DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!" I then called again asked for a supervisor and told the man on the phone (John) that I did not want another phone call, that this was harassment and I will press charges if they call again. Now, I am not a rocket scientist but I do know that this is very fishy. And highly unlikely that "Jim, John, and Pete" are the real names for these people.

I am sitting here while my cell phone continuously rings with 1-800-520-7109 on the caller ID. I have answered before and had a guy say he was calling regarding my auto loan request. I have not requested any auto loan. They even texted me and asked me to PLEASE CALL. I am not going to pick up the phone after reading these postings.

18005207109 just called for a coworker here at work. The guy could not speak english hardly at all.

I have gotten 19 calls from this number today.  When I finally picked up to tell them to stop calling, they said they were trying to award me a grant.  I asked them to remove my number. They claim my number was not in the data base, funny thing was that as I was telling them to stop calling they were calling on the other line.  I have not gotten a call in about 2hrs. The request may have worked.

I just typed the number in Google to see if I knew who it was, before I wasted cell minutes answering it - how in the hell did they get my cell number when I've only had it 2 weeks?? Who ARE they and why do they pull this crap?

This number keeps calling me and I called them back to ask to be taken off there call list and they hung up on me. Not cool. It is for grants though I know that because thats how the guy answered the phone.

I also keep getting calls from this number, they say it's for grants or something I applied for over the internet, I tell them I did not apply for any thing and they start a different sales pitch, starting to piss me off.

800-520-7109  called me a few years ago about grant funding when I was in serious medical and financial trouble promising me $12000 in my bank account and while in an anxiety based paranoia I gave them my checking account# only thinking of the 12k and being able to have the Doctor finish my treatments an not go on disability or lose my belongings, instead I had $800 stolen from my account and they were never found except that they are based from mexico and have called at least 5 other times with me screaming at them for stealing from me and them laughing at me calling me rotten names. DO NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!  if you do know what you need to know from the authorities to get these chuckles busted....

I received a call from this number 800-520-7109 but, fortunately for me I didn't answer the call because I had forgotten my cell at home.  When I did see the missed call number 800-520-7109, I kept thinking where could this be and who could it be.  I do know for a fact I get some calls long distance from companies overseas and these are legitimate companies.  However, this is the first time to get a call from a toll-free 800 number.  It was a great thing I didn't call the number back! I decided to look it up first and well this is why I'm putting in my response too.  Thanks everyone for letting me know through all your comments that this number is BULLS--T!!

1-800-520-7109, I've been getting phone calles in the middle of the night from these people, I just did a search to see what it was, & thanks to this site I know it's BS. They have called me 13 times today alone, I'm on the do not call list. The next time they call I'm going to tell them, to stop calling or I will call some one who will stop them from calling, like the police or my lawyer.  Any thing to get them to quit calling. Thanks to this site I found out.

Everyone on the do not call list can file a complaint if they get a call like I just did.

go to https://www.donotcall.gov and there is a complaint link there, the more complaints the better the chance they get busted....

I've gotten numerous calls from this number.  I've told them at least 7 times not to call me. The last call before this one as 8/30/07.  This time I called back and spoke with "Shirley".  I told her that I have requested they not call me numerous times and I am still getting phone calls. I told her that I have reported them and if I continue to get calls I will proceed to report them again.  She then asked for my number. I know darn well that the number comes up on their ID or whatever from previous calls to them, but I gave it to her again. She told me that she would make sure I got no more calls.  We'll see...

I get calls from this number every day. When I call back it is a recording about a Grant? Saying to wait for a customer service agent. No matter what I tell them they will not stop calling me.

I have received 2 phone calls from this number.  No one has answered and then they call back like I had hung up on them.
