This is Citi Financial's collections department.

I do not know who this is but all I know they btter Stop calling my [***] house late at night I;m trying to get my kids in bed.

STOP THE [***] CALLS NOW !!!!!!!

I received two phone calls from 1-800-525-5234 the caller claiming to be from Citi Financial they always call early in the AM so they can catch people who are in the process of waking up or are still asleep. When you first pick up the phone after it rings there is a recording saying please hold for an Important Message. Citi Retail Service as they call themselfs claims you have an unpaid bill from "Rooms To GO" and they need the last four digits of your Social Security Number to verify some information. They also ask you what state you live in, my question is How Did They Get Your Number In The First Place, especially if they dont know were they are calling? Finally Citi Financial is requesting that you fax information to them at 1-877-888-5140 yes it rings with a fax tone but is it really Citi Financial at the other end?

These people call my cell phone 8- 10 times a day, all hours of the day and night asking for someone I don't know. .. Maria Delgado? How do I get them to stop?  I've talked to supervisors and they promise to take me off the call list and within hours, I get more phone calls.  They are using my cellular minutes!!!!!

People calling from different numbers and states. First South Carolina 803-835-5600 then Texas 817-490-6499, however they leave a message with a call back number of 800-525-5234 asking for Alehandri Giardo.  I've never heard of this person before in my life.  This is the fifth time that I have asked them to remove me from there call marketing or whatever it is...They keep saying that they will but I don't believe that they are, hence the repeated calls.
Its annoying and its disruptive.  STOP CALLING.

they called AGAIN! I just asked them to stop calling for the 2nd time in one day yesterday...and here we are again!  Who are these [***]! and why can't they get the picture that I do NOT know any Alenja Grandro.....ugg.

Here are a couple of numbers you might need from the harrassment of Citi Financial. They call me all the and never leave a message. 336-474-8955 and 803-835-5100. My account is in good standings and I get harrassed on a regular basis. These numbers are normally from out of state.

In order to have them completely remove you number you do have to verify the number that they called and your name. Be as nice as possible or the rep could just lie to you.(if you pick up the phone and yell to stop calling they will not take  If you are still getting calls and its not your account and they say the number is removed. It could eb that they did remove it and its stuck in the dialer. It is an auto dialer. There isn't someone sitting there chossing who to call.
It is not harrasment if it is an attempt to collect a debt. They can call you up to 8 times a day. from 8am-9pm.

If it is your account and they are calling you because its past due...pay the bill-or enough to stop the calls!
For those of you having financial issues, call them they can help you with programs to afford your account and can stop the calls!
