Dead Air,  no response

This number called four times today all when my daughter was napping. The first time the machine picked up-no message. The second time I picked up and said hello. Nothing, so I hung up. Then not a minute later they called back. I picked up the phone and hung up right away and they called right back, so by this time really annoyed and worried they'd wake up my daughter I started pressing buttons so that they would be annoyed with the beeps and stop calling. It worked, because they haven't called back yet and it's been like 10 min.

I called this number back and it is for Shoppers Hotline.  Be prepared to ask the rep to repeat his/herself repeatedly as their calls are badly outsourced.

Another call from Shoppers Hotline.  This is so aggravating to play the circle game on the phone with reps from India.  If they want to talk to us so badly, get someone from the US to call otherwise we will continue to ignore the calls and/or hang up on them.

After insisting on receiving a call from someone who speaks clear English, I received a call from 312-474-7383, the Chicago headquarters for Shoppers Hotline.  To anyone who is being bugged by these calls, just call this number back and say that you have been receiving calls from the toll free number but cannot understand the callers, what is it regards to.  The girl I spoke with was very nice and said that they are aware of the language barrier and it is something that they are working on.  Good luck!
