Yes USAA. I know i owe you money. My credit limit is only $250. When i get taxes back i will pay you off and close the acct. Calling 7 freaking times in one day is NOT ok! Especially after i have made contact with you 2 days ago and agreed to pay it off!

No one at this website is calling you.  It is unlikely that your callers read these entries.  You might consider investing in a call blocker.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

Not dead beat collections. Do you have a pending claim with them? They want to remind you to update your info on a insurance loss.

    Why do you think that someone from 800notes is calling you?  Even if someone here was calling you, how are they supposed to know who you are and what your phone number is?

they call ten times a day. i answer and they hang up. this is harassment.

We have an auto loan and 5 days past and started getting aggressive calls.  Called lender and they said there is no document to show that we are late or it would be In collections.

This is a valid USAA Number.  They are calling regarding your accounts.

Then why are you hanging up when I answer!?

They called me before 8 am last Sunday... what kind of an infidel would do something like that.  I have business with USAA, But this is outrageous.  I am working to block them from calling.

This is "professional survey corporation", who USAA uses for their auto insurance.  I called USAA, filed a complaint thru them about the frequency and hours of their calls, and how "professional survey corporation" is hurting the USAA name by their practices.  USAA apologized, filed (and read to me) the complaint I made on "professional survey corporation", and put me on the do not call list to keep these calls from "professional survey corporation" from coming to me.  Guess others need to let USAA know about them and maybe they will crack down or replace the UN"professional survey corporation".  USAA itself was, as usual, very helpful and courteous.

Called three times this morning, never left message. I never answer unknown or 800 (or variations thereof) numbers.

Called and left a message demanding that I call back TO-DAY. She said it 5 times in the message in a less than friendly tone.

Called me at [***] 11pm at night. I was asleep. I go to bed at 9pm because I wake up early. This is NOT ok.  Didn't leave a message.  Phone will once again be turned off.

Someone called leaving this number as call back. I called Usaa directly and they said there was no notations on my account, BS call

Someone called my office from this number.  When I answered all I heard was dead air.  No one spoke so after 15 seconds I hung up.

Tough times, it will and is Being Handled

Has been calling 4 times a day for the last week. Never leaves a message. Dead air if I answer

Wants my child's number. Will not tell me from what department they are calling. I called USAA they wanted my acct or SS # to find the department. I told them thank you and goodbye.
