The caller ID shows them as "Free Toll Call" not USAA and it is not one of USAA's numbers.  I am a USAA member and you can check their website just Google USAA.  They do not leave a message but, call an hour apart - exactly when they do call - repeatedly. Would believe it's a scam of some type as otherwise why not leave a message???

it is usaa - my car insurance payment was not received so i received a phone call and of course they could be calling you reference another reason

rec call ignored got voicemail saying urgent I call about my account - ? huh what acc ? so I did call to see who in the hell it was bothering me and was there legit concerns involving me or just some lame moron looking for a night in hospital but it went straight to a payroll loan comp named maxlend who informed me I was eligible for a $2500 loan so how about getting it started - I told the gal I was not interested and if I needed a loan I would search myself - she said it was the marketing people chking for pos clients where I interjected that I was not interested and please remove my name and num from their prospect group which she said yes she would so in conclusion they used usaa  num for the call cause that's the num my phone showed it was calling but their actuall numb was some 866 num - this is why I hate phones now - never kno if its real or spoofed numbs callling
