Did Not Answer

Got a call from this number a little while ago. It's Jet Blue. They called the wrong number though: I don't have any flight with Jet Blue at this time.

Got two calls on my cell phone from this number.  The first time I couldn't hear anyone on the other end and the second I had music for a moment then silence. What gives?

Note that 800-538-2583 = 800-JET-BLUE.

Computerized call, telling us that a flight we have reservations on has
had its time changed.

Not a problem.

I notice the "Call Type" box on this page doesn't have a choice of "Not a problem".

I got the same phone call. Answering machine cuts out before message complete. A u t o m a t e d voice t a l k s   s l o w  and skips around so you don't know what flights are effected. CID is "UNAVAILABLE". I would think JetBlue would have the courage to list CID as JetBlue.

Actually is JetBlue.  Calling to apologize regarding a flight the previous day.  Finally a good 800 call !  We are getting $200 each for the 6 hour delay that we had the previous day.  They told us at the airport the same thing on 4/28 and I received the call on 4/29. Shocking !  Good Customer Service !

This is not jet blue it's a scam. Do not respond to these calls.

This was a scam! Do not answer to these calls. The odd thing is when you call back to the number, you DO get jet blue on the line..

Nothing odd about a scammer spoofing a well known number, they do it all the time.
