- Dee GarrityI was billed 49.00 on 8/5/13, Visa card. Could not remember any purchases. Called them and am advised that it is an automatic billing for an auto-renewal of a newsletter I ordered one year ago. That is correct; I did order that newsletter. I told them to cancel now and credit $49.00 now, to which they agreed. Am assured the credit will appear on next statement. Are others on auto-renew/auto-billing for items ordered in the past? These things are easy to forget.
- Caller: not applicable
- thedore replies to GeezusSame thing happened to me.I think the company is called ,The Palm Beach Letter.
- Mal Mo| 1 replyI have never ordered anything from this company under the name charged as that seems to be a health sales and seminar company for health business sellers. However, years ago, I did order/try something from them under one of their other entities, but would never again and have not in years. They do both health letters under HSI and Northstar Nutritionals supplements. I googled all of that to find out those other entities as companies belonging to the company that charged the 37 now pending on my card My CC company said can't dispute until charge posts; I tried; I will dispute when posts.
Whether this company ever answers the phone when I call or not, rebilling for a years old thing not recently ordered to hundreds of people in the past few months, they must know this is not just a glitch in their computer's billing system but bet that is what they claim if I ever get them.- Caller: no call; just a charge from PSV
- Tamianth replies to Mal MoMake sure you file complaints with the States Attorney General, yours and theirs and also with the FTC.
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ - Reba Taylor-hillI had a charge of 37.00 on my debit card. I have not been able to contact anyone by phone or email. I called his practice and left a message. I also called my bank and disputed the charge.

- WylieJust received my AmEx bill. Will have to wait until tomorrow to call the bank to dispute the charge of $37.00. I called the 800 number and got a recording to call back during office hours. I was not able to verify the company, PSV New Market, online. I don't have any recollection of purchasing anything from this company. I I did not use my card for anything on the date in question, nor several days before and after. After reviewing other postings, I am certain this is a bogus charge.
- Dianne replies to Jeannie| 1 replyHello! this company sells a "vigor" product and other supplement-type products. Another # is 888-230-9898, but they don't answer on weekends.
- Dianne replies to john McLaughlinTry PSV NewMarketHealth in a search and several websites are there.
- Donna replies to JeannieThey did me too and I emailed them and said to please credit me cause I couldn't afford it at the time. They did. If they won't threaten to report them to BBB. Works everytime. Now I'm fighting to find another one that is trying to charge my credit care $49. It won't go through cause I don't have enough in it. But they've tried 4 times now. Now trying to find how to get ahold of them.
- Lou LMy credit card has been charged with $49.00 from this particular company. Where did they get my credit card number? And how do I get the charge resolved?
- Bob replies to JeannieI receive a charge to my bank account for &139.85, and did not know what it was. The company gives you a great deal for auto-renewing your order. So if you subscribe to their newsletter, you probably will forget to cancel the renewal. That's what happened to me. Just call the number and they will cancel it for you. I will need to wait to make sure it hits my bank, but there was no hassle at all.

This PVS*New Market Health and He8005391966 charged my Amex 19.00 this month(March) I do not know who this is and tried calling on the weekend and received an answering machine telling me to call back during business hours. I did contact
Amex who informed me they had also charged 19.00 to my account in September ( I had been ill during this time and missed it) they are now in the process of giving me a new card and reversing the charges. How they got the number is a mystery as I live alone and the card is kept in my lock box. This is a scam company that engage in dishonest practices.- Caller: PVS*New Market Health

http://www.stopfraud.gov/report.html - JoelI received a $37 unauthorized charge on my credit card from Nutrition and Healing 800-539-1966 MD. When I called this number, they identified themselves as New Market Health. When I told them who I was they looked me up and sure enough I was in their system. They stated that this was a "auto renewal" for a newsletter that I tried two years ago and cancelled before the trial period was over as it was not useful. It was Dr. Jonathan Wright health newsletter. They promised to cancel the bill and credit my credit card in five days, we will see. It appears that they are doing this a lot as seen on this site and several others sites show up such as a BBB report from MD. Fraud sites also carry this company. Apparently, this company covers the billing for several publishing firms and supplement firms. Part of the reason I cancelled was that I was bombarded with adds and some stated they were sending me" free stuff" if I did not cancel. Should be a law.

- HelenaI called them at 800-539-1966 on a Tuesday evening around 7:30 pm, because a $37 charge appeared on my bank statement. They could not have been nicer and explained what the charge was for...apparently I signed up for a free trial subscription and was now getting charged for the next year. I told them I could not afford it and they took the charge off with no problem and no arguments...they were very pleasant and professional!
- DonnaI just got a $37.00 charge on my credit card from Nutrition and Healing. I didn't buy anything so I called the number after reading the above comments. They removed the charge and told me that it was a recurring charge for a medical newsletter. I didn't remember the name since I'm bombarded with them.
If you get a charge on your cc for something with this phone number reference just call them and they'll remove it. They were very nice about it.- Caller: Nutrition and Healing 1-800-539-1966
