They called using the name lee Scott and Robert wilco....saying I owe money from a payday loan...

called saying I owe money and that the will serve me papers in person...claming to be Esra Taylor

I got that same call on my cell, asking for information about my niece. Their last words to me was, "You've Been Served"

Threatening to serve me papers for a loan i made in the amount of $400.  I've never made a loan that i have not paid back right away.

I RECEIVED A CALL, THE LADY DIDNT TELL ME HER NAME, BUT ASK MY NAME AND THEN TOLD ME TO CALL 800-546-2755 AND GAVE A CLAIM#, THEN SHE STATES she will call back in 45 minutes. So she did call back and told me, well i see you didnt have time to call the number, i said no, becasue i am at work, well i have a police report and i will be there to serve you some papers. i said okay and have a great day!
