This 800-546-4808    called my home today, at 12:29pm.    Unable to find any info on thus number.  Caller ID said Toll Free Call, so I blocked it.

Called our house too.  Naturally, they didn't leave a message.  Typical for worthless scammers.

I didn't answer and no message was left.  Some scammer must have gotten a new number.

One of these services said it's from Washington, DC. Another service indicated that several people believe that it's "Not Safe"--recently. A woman did leave a message, indicating my correct name. Yesterday, on the 4th--not today. It didn't appear on my cordless CID at all.

Yahoo! brings up the Milwaukee Urban League as referring to this number. Clicking, a document link loads up with organization info/history and this number: One may purchase a commemorative coffee table book about the NUL via this number, as well as an HTTPS merchant site--that may explain the Washington DC location of the call. The Milwaukee Urban League site is www.tmul.org. They wish to commemorate yet again the 100 yr. anniversary of the founding of the National Urban League, too. 1910-2010. The NUL should identify via CID: Mystery is feared and unappreciated....

Well considering that caller ID spoofing is extremely easy, the call could very well have come from anywhere in the world.

Call was from someone named Chelsea from the Oklahoma State University Alumni association needing to update their information.

That's the same message I got.

On my work phone.

Which is in a call center, and not one that I distribute.

And I have never been on the campus of, let alone attended, OSU.

Also got the call claiming to be from OSU updating their directory.

I got one today but said unknown caller so I did not answer it..would like to know who it is..

Chelsea called saying the same, needed updated contact information for their upcoming alumni book. My husband did attend OSU, coincidence or not?
