UCG United Capital Group, whoever the locator they assigned to my claim was very rude and aggressive, showed up at my job making a scene like i was a criminal, all this was regarding a payday loan i took out 5 years ago, I really have to go to court for a $300.00 loan? i refused to accept the documents and now this guy is calling my family and friends. idk what to do any ideas?

UCG showed up at my step mothers parents house and called my brothers wife's parents!!! They did not even try to call me or contact me with papers even though they have my address and phone number. I didn't think anything of it the first time they showed up but the second time, I got really pissed. I called them and they just danced around the question of why they didn't contact me first. I had previously set up a payment arrangement before I looked them up, they don't even have a website and everything says scam or fraud when I looked up UCG. I will not be paying any thing until they can send a courier to me with the paperwork. They sent me a copy of the payment arrangement, which I could have made on my computer in 5 minutes. I believe they are scammers.
