The US Postal Service delivered to our office a mailer which resembles an official government notification regarding an amount due of  $19,164.00.  It alludes to federal and county governments:    "The Federal Tax Authorities" and "Tax Processing Unit, Bexar County, Public Judgement Records" - neither exist.    "To avoid enforcement call 800-553-0818" where an American male answers, says his name is Devon, and rapid-fires questions to try to get as much info out of you as possible.  Like every other ineffective bully, he crumbles to dust when challenged and hangs up all over himself.
