the phone number is on letter from Tax Processing Unit - Internal Processing Service - Maricopa County - Public Judgment Records.  I called the number, the person that answered sounds american, however, they did not answer the phone with Maricopa County in the title.  The man said "Tax Relief"  Sounds like some 3rd party company trying to make money on people struggling with tax debt or its a scam.

BOGUS junk mail - created to look like an official notification - includes this phone number.  Red flag  #1:  there is no return address.  Red flag #2 - the agency does not exist, it's just a word salad designed to appear as a local taxing authority, it reads, "TAX PROCESSING CENTER; Internal Processing Service; Bexar County; Public Judgement Records"  BOGUS!
