Caller wanted the general manager, but didn't know that person's name. I offered to take a message and pass it along (you don't get sent to people like that if you don't even know their name), but he just hung up....must not have been that important.

Woman requested employee who doesn't exist about polishing concrete flooring.  I asked if she were introducing her company, and she said Yes.  Told her that needed to go through Purchasing; she replied Thank You but hung up while being transferred.  Number research led to the Tennant Company, a legitimate cleaning business.
