Below is the full contact information for CareOne, one of the companies that apparently uses this phone number to make their spam (everyday for five days straight, in my situation!).

The parent company is "iJak Insurance" - you'll see numbers and names above for their top contacts.  I've tried to get in touch numerous times with Jonathan Silverstein , who is the CEO.  I've yet to do so.  I suggest everyone who continues to get this call post his name, etc. on boards like this, and officially file a BBB (of southeast florida) complaint.  This is based on their fraud in representing themselves to the public - see, e.g., their commitment to ethical guidelines and good business practices, which is outlined on the BBB website.  Also see the bottom paragraph from their "about us" page on their website (www.ijakinsurancegroup.com).  To me this is flat out misrepresentation and fraud, since they continue to unethically call numbers from out of the blue which are on do-not-call registries.

I have received repeated calls from this company.  Several everyday for the last few weeks.  I get a recording and have no option in getting them to stop.

a lady has called me from this number from the past 5 months, posing as a lawyer on my behalf.
only found out today that this was all a scam, this so called lawyer tried to scam me out of a 6 digit number through a lawsuit.  i need to find out who it was.  she was calling from denver colorado.

I just recieved a call and he was offering me a 5000.00 credit card. i asked him to slow down then to repeat the company name a few times the he yelled at me and said i have told you the name 4 f**** times and hung up on me.  I say take the calls and waist his time like he did mine.  Lead him on then hang up

They are just PUNKS trying to take advantage and steal our money

got a text today from 405-445-1038.. said new fcc rule requires you tore-certify your lifeline account or you may be disconected. pl call 8005554444 to re-certify and get a $10 credit...
i did not call.. just ignore this [***]

This obviously fake ("-555-") number called and was kicked to voicemail, but they did not leave a message.

I didn't answer and they left no message. I have no contacts in Florida, they are blocked.
