I needed answer to legal problem I chose them.  I never used there service but they keep charging my account.  The bank to stop payment I would be charged $36 to do a stop payment on the charge.  I am lost CAN ANYONE SHADE SOME LIGHT ON THIS.

I'm not real sure those use where I should be riding this but maybe it will shake the bushes. I read the fine print I cancel the order on the 15th and they're still trying to build me $60 how do you stop it I called customer service and we got to keep on the phone and didn't say a word when I told you about what I was getting back to me so maybe someone will

I seems like you somehow think that this website can get you a refund.  It can't.  You could have taken the time to read the homepage https://800notes.com to find out what this website is for.  Your post looks like you simply threw a lot of words together in the hopes of making a coherent sentence.  Maybe you should take the time to read the other posts for some hints on what to do?

If your so called company charges $28.00 a month why was my account charged $46.00 for six straight months? I never used your company and you can clearly see under my account that I never used your company. This company rips people off!!!  They even had the wrong email for my account so I had no idea who they were.

It is NOT my so-called company, I merely researched this number and found that information to help people see where the charges originated.  I never said they were "legitimate" or implied they wouldn't rip anyone off.  Perhaps you might want to go to that link and start your inquires from there. You might also want to file a fraud report with your Bank or credit card company.

I can see why so many people have problems with that website.  You not only can't think but you can't read as well.  Please explain why you think that person is charging your account?  Please explain why you think that person has anything to do with the charges?

Same here I've already turned them in and they are still taking out $46 a month they have done it four times now. This is messing up my subscriptions I have monthly to Amazon. Like my acne medication. My daughter's birthday cake and presents. Little things like this in my life are big to me and these people do not care! What to do ?????

Seriously?! Why didn't you cancel the account after the first time they took your money from it?!
And what do you mean by you "turned them in"? To whom did you turn them in?

Scam there taking money out of my bank account , not authorized !
