Keeps calling during the day but doesn't leave a message, I just blocked it.  If it was a legitimate business they would usually leave a message or recording I may be interested in.  I always ignore calls with phone numbers I don't recognize, especially, with out of area prefix numbers.

The number (800) 559-3500 belongs to SCAN Health Network. This time of the year they are doing conferernce callings, generally scheduled in advance by notice, where members can listen to the changes in the system, and ask questions.
It is normally tied to the number you have on file, as it is not a voice call it will not leave a msg. Exceptions to the previous rule is when they have technical problems, like today so they will call later in the day with the next scheduled time.
If you are calling from a phone other than your home, you call a different number, and need an access code to connect. Yes I am a member, and I like them very much.

I am also a member and feel it is the best medicare insurance to have.  I missed the call tonight and I so wanted to be in on the conference call.  Hopefully I catch it next time around.
