Microsoft error message scam. This is "Microsoft" you have an error on your computer ...

Silent call at 8:43pm. After reading warning above, blocked number.

The person on the phone said there was a problem with my Microsoft computer. When I challenged who they were, they hung up. I'm sure this is a scam.

caller hung up, lefty no message as I don't answer numbers I don't recognize there for wasting my time and they're time, end result *(Waste of Time) and Likely SCAM artist.

from Microsoft Computer - error on your computer.  I told him I didn't have any errors and he said "listen to me Mam"......I said "no, listen to me - you are a scammer and do not call this number any more".  He was in the background and never stopped talking while I was talking..........I hung up in a rage!

Got call from this number & said they were from DirecTv which I have. He want to verify I was DEBBIE M and I said why are you calling me. He said he want to talk about my account. I told him if I wanted to change anything, I would call them and he got argumentative with me. Asked for his name and employee ID #, which he gave me (or did he give me BS). Asked for phone number so I could call his boss and he wouldn’t give it to me, so I said you’re a scammer & I want my name removed from his list. He still kept arguing with me and asked why I wouldn’t talk & I said you’re an [***] & I’m hangin up now & did. Here’s the kicker to the whole thing. My DirecTv is in my daughters name since I moved into her old house & took things over. Therefore DirecTv does not have my name on billing, but they have me on as a person who can make changes etc, but account is in her name. Nice try folks, but I’m not a moron. Called phone # back & not in service.
