They said tax fraud and social security information had been used

Social Security fraud and I'm under investigation with sever legal penalties forth coming, call back ASAP....

Left a robot VM saying my SSN was suspected for fraudulent activities and I would be charged.

Don't worry, Its just an old cheap trick of scammers.

Received call March 26, 2:30pm CST, claiming to be Office of Social Security requesting return call or prosecution for fraudulent use of SSN.

Received call March 26, 2:40pm CST, claiming to be Office of SSN requesting return call on 800-566-2505 or face legal prosecution for fraudulent use of SSN.

I just received the same phone call

I was suspected of SSN fraud. This is the transcript:
“When you that there are legal enforcement _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ against you and your Social Security number is been suspected for fraudulent activities so once you get this message kindly call us back as soon as possible on our number before we begin with your legal proceedings against you that is 800-566-2505 I repeat 800-566-2505 thank you…”

Same thing I told the guy I worked for the Sheriff's dept & I was reporting him to my CID LT. he still proceeded to tell me his spill. There isno way they can suspend your Social Security nu,ber per the local social security administration & they told me it was a scan and they have received over 2,000 calls in 2 weeks on this.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION !!! MAKE UP A NAME THATS WHAT I DID THE 2ND TIME. AND THEY SAID OK , I HAVE YOUR FILE PULLED UP . THAT WASN'T  EVEN MY NAME HE COULDNT HAVE HAD IT PULLED IT WITH THAT NAME.  FRAUD !! FRAUD !! FRAUD !!! THEY CALLED ME FROM 3 DIFFRENT NUMBERS SO FAR., JUST BLOCK THE NUMBER

Called three times today.  Fraudulent use of security number call back before prosecution begins.

I got call from 800  566 2505 regarding ssn fraud something. It is scam call, please ignore and don't disclose any personal information. It's all cheap trickts
