I keep getting calls about a court date and that they will be coming to my house today between 3-5 to serve papers.

We got a call from a guy named David saying the same thing. Have you heard anything else? We had something similar to this happen last year and it was a scam

Received a call from a David at this number stating they were coming to my house or work to serve papers.

Received a call from a lady  name Emily Rose and they come to mom house between 3-5 and serve her, this is a scam

Got call from this number saying they needed somewhere to serve me papers

I keep getting calls from an Emily Rose for XYZ (I won't give the name) saying she will show up at XYZ's place of employment between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00.  I've been getting calls for this person (XYZ) for over five years now, even though I've had this number for 15 years.  Once, when they first started calling me, I tried calling to let them know they had the wrong number, but of course they didn't believe me.  It's driving me crazy because I've blocked all the numbers they had been calling from before and now it's coming in as "restricted."    Glad to know I'm not the only one receiving calls from Emily Rose.

Pretty sure this is a scam.

I have been getting the same calls from a David,  just leaves messages on my voicemail.  I have no idea what it is in regards to.  Glad I'm not the only one,  must be a scam.

Someone is calling me stating that they are trying to serve me docments for a court.  I called the county court and was told that there is no such case number as the one they state they are trying to serve me for.  Court thinks this is possible scam.  told me they would arrive between 3-5pm also.

Same thing here. Some David guy telling me I am getting court papers served to me between 3pm and 5pm. Told me if I dont respond to them, I will owe like $3000 or some BS like that. Said it was in regards to some loan that you can apply for online that does not check your credit and just gives you money for signing up . I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office.
