I think these are the phony Tech Support scammers.

Scammer claiming my Microsoft license has expired.

Rrcorded voice says your microsoft license has expired. Funny, ms does not have this number

Definitely crooks. Beware, they want you to call them to give them access to your computer.

Some garbled b.s. about an emergency because something was expired...

This is a fake scam call saying my Windows license will expire and need to call the toll free number back to renew.

Message says Microsoft Windows will shut down.  To reinstall, call this number.

I called the number from a pay phone to see what this call was about. They gave me an IP number but wanted me to be at the computer to fix it. I asked for the instructions but I was told it was too complicated for me to write down & then enter. Sounded like Bull**** to me, I told them I would have to call back when I was at the computer & hung up. The message was a robotic female voice & the person was a foreigner. Thanks

was told my microsoft stopped working and I told them I would go out and buy a new computer , I was then told that I i was a dumb [***] for doing that   I then hung up after I told him what he could do

Same as above.  Left message saying that microsoft service would stop unless we called 8005867035.  We decided we would "risk it" by not calling back.

9/28 CID 'unknown' - partial msg repeating call phone number - from above posts seems like the old MS license key expiring scam - do NOT provide and info/access - recommend block, if possible

I got a throwaway free VOIP # included with my Internet package that I don't use (no phone with a working ringer connected.)  I don't even give out the # or associate it with any accounts, but for laughs I check the VM once in a while and got this call.  It was garbled and ended with a repeat of their number.  Must be a scam as noted above.
