Called my business phone and left a message regarding some personal matter. caller didn't leave his no company name.

This is Redline Recovery Services, a debt collector.

VERY RUDE!!! The person didn't id himself & sd he was a debt collector which is illegal to disclose 3rd party information.

This Telephone # has been called my home everyday, 4 or five times I'm sick of them. I want to file a claim againts this is a harrasment! help please, when I answer no one is on the othe side, if I called back they referred me to called a diferent number for a $3.79 charge.

Repeated calls. I returned the call & explained I am on disability & would love to pay this dept off, but after the car accidents, I'm now on SSI disability - I've been unable to return to work.
They offered me from $7,500 down to $1,700 - which is about what I actually owe Discover Card. Nice that they will drop the interest rate that went up to 32% ... and I purchased an insurance policy that is 'suppose' to pay the dept off should anything happen to me! It was my first credit card (at age 50)& I was a fool to believe I was paying for this  'service' & it really existed!
Maybe He was nice this time, because I called them back? Maybe I just got hold of a man 'mature' enough to understand that 's--t' happens - and it can happen to you - without a moments notice!
They act as if this was a personal loan from their own pocketbook ... this man was unusually nice & polite - I nearly fell over!

This company called me to pass a debt collection message on to my neighbor.  I am on a no call list and they called my cell phone for this.  I am sickened by the depths that companies will go to.  I understand that my neighbors are in debt now and am very embarassed for them and myself.  Needless to say, after being told about the debt collection, I informed them that telling me about my neighbor's debt is illegal and uncalled for and that I never want to hear from them again.  It was not my debt or my business at all!!! Left 800-592-0230x4604 as call back number.

never, never, never, never, never, never, never    pay a collection agency for anything.   You do not owe them anything.  They may have bought your bad debt from someone else but YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY A COLLECTION AGENCY A PENNY>

If they send you a collection letter, send a cease and desist letter, return mail telling them that you do not want to be contacted by them, and if they continue to contact you by phone, or mail you would take legal action against them.

Too many people are in financial strains trying to keep food on the table for their family to be harassed by debt collectors.
If you are not sure how to write a cease and desist letter: Google cease and desist letter to get an idea on writing these dreadful people the letter, makesure you send the letter return mail so you have evidence you sent them the letter.

A year ago I lost my job and was behind on a few payments and I sent a cease and desist letter to the collection agency and it worked, they stop calling me.
I have since found a job and have settled my debt with the original creditor, who was willing to work with me.

I keep getting these calls during the day when I am at work.  I do not know who they are.  I do not have anything in collection.  All my bills are paid.  Most post here say they are trying to collect a debit. So why do they keep calling me?

They continually call my number looking for someone not in my house hold. It is not our debt or anyone we know.

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks. When I answer there's no one on the line. When I call them at the 800-592-0230 a recording answers identifying that they are debt collectors.  The only thing is they are harrassing me for a credit card debt that my sister skipped out on.  All my life I've paid everyone on time and in full because I was raised to be responsible and my credit is stellar.  Now I'm paying for something that was totally out of my control (my sister's debt) and have no legal obligation to.  Give it up debt collectors.  If you were stupid enough to give her credit, you need to just eat it cause she's not paying you!!!!!!!

calling asking for someone who doesn't work here daily

This company left a message on my phone and when I called them back they said they didn't have my number in their system and probably dial a wrong number.  I could hear other people talking in the background like a typical soliciting company  making calls.

DUMBASS called for  a Donna!  I love messing with these people!!!   Try calling again [***]!!

Called me on my cell phone, asked for someone I have never heard of. When I told them they had the wrong number they basically called me a liar and kept calling me that name and were extremely rude. UNBELIEVABLE that we have to put up with idiots like this. I won't answer next time, I wrote their number down.

Said to return the call to 800-592-0230 ext 4625. Did not have any idea who was calling.

Called my phone 2 times left no message.

called 18 times over the last 4 days.  I dont even have any debt beside my mortgage WTF????

This caller has called several times & has been told that the person they are calling does not live at this address and the phone # does not belong the the person they are calling.
