Never leaves a message calls daily.If you call back you get a busy signal

Tried to schedule an appointment to meet about my credit processing at my business, yet couldn't find any review or info about their company on the internet. Also told me their name was National Enhanced Interchange Provider.

i am contacted daily by someone at this number. they always ask (by name) for the owner saying they want to inform him about a change to his account. they say the name of their company is "merchant services". i told them we are not interested in their services and the owner does not wish to speak to them.

they called back three times in a row today at three second intervals. the third time they called i asked to speak to a supervisor. the agent gave me a huge attitude before connecting me to a supervisor. when i got a supervisor on the phone he asked how i knew the owner did not want to speak to him. i explained that i was the office manager and the owner's personal assistant and that was how i knew. he then said, "does that mean you get his coffee?" i asked to speak to his boss and he refused.

i would love to be able to contact their company and ask them to have their telemarketers to stop harassing business.

Aurum Financial.  Credit card processing.  Tells me there have been changes in credit card processing.  Am I aware?  I have spoken to someone from this company before. Told them to take me off their list.  This guy was ugly.  My husband and I own a business together.  He asked for him and I told him I was an owner and made decisions.  He said he would call back when my husband was here.  Good luck.  I blocked the call.

Tracked call today from 800-592-1370.  Has called at least 10 times in the past month asking to speak to our owner.  Says he's from Merchant Services and needs to speak with him about changes on our account.

These people keep calling me on a daily basis, same crap as above about the "change to my credit card processing account..."

Funny thing is when I call them back this 800-592-1370 number is disconnected.

Calls daily. Sometimes multiple times. Claims they're informing me of a change to my merchant services account. When I tell them I'm not authorizing any changes, they say they're not asking me to change anything, they're trying to notify me of a change being made by Visa/Mastercard. I told them to notify me in writing; they refuse, saying V/MC have not authorized them to do so.

Once or twice, they admit that they're trying to schedule an appointment to switch my MA to their vendor, but most agents do everything they can to avoid saying anything about that. Recently, I just tell them "Not interested" and hang up. Usually, this provokes them to call back 2-5 times within just a few seconds (I guess attempting to tie up my phone line?). I've asked repeatedly of both agents and managers to be removed from the call list (usually they claim they've done so), but the calls continue.

Ive currently signed up with aurum financhial merchant services and they are really a tier 2 provider and they do offer amazing rates, right now my flat rate fee is a 1.49% and im bringing in $25,000 volume a month, awesome company, they came to my store and met with me and explained everything to me in person.  VERY LEGIT COMPANY i recomend to anyone looking to get a better rate with there processing fee.

Merchant Services 1-800-592-1370 calls daily, its a scam.  Call 1-877-287-8637 and tell them to take you off their list.  They can be down nasty sometiumes, dont listen to Jason above me.....he probably works their.

Thanks. They are a horrible, horrible, horrible company. Daily calls, sometimes 3 a day and very rude. When I finally asked the "rep" what the name of the company was. She lied. And said "Orem" and that they were out of California. And when I asked for the direct company phone number, she gave me an 800 number to a sex hotline. Thanks for their REAL number. I hope they finally remove me from their list.

This company should be reported to local police department, if they said they have an appointments let them to come to your location call the police.

Call today with the same merchant scam above.  Asked for me by firstname (I'm business owner) I asked if they were my merchant card provider....gave me the no but....started on his sales pitch.

I said put me on your do not call list.  Response, this is not a list...getting pretty brusk.  (Makes no difference to me, it is still a solitication).

I hung up on him.  He immediately called back 4 times (I dropped the call 3 times, then let it go to voice mail.  Of course, no message.

As he started his pitch, I didn't really catch the names, but seemed to align with several comments above...something financial merchant services.

Would have to agree...sure SCAM like.

I just recieved a call from 800-592-1370 on my cell phone.  I called the number for Aurum Financial at 877-287-8637 to tell them to take me off the call list.  The person that answered said they don't have a "list" so they can't take me off of it.  Then he went on to tell me that they only call people who are "flagged" by Visa or Mastercard on their merchant account.  Sounds fishy since we don't use our merchant account more than once a quarter and I am in good standing with them. I'm just going to block the number.

This company called me set up an appointment and is saving me about 200.00 a month .. dont know what all the fuss is about?

Ok, I got another call this time i listened to the entire pitch. i thought they were selling somthing however it seems they are the tier 2 provider for CC processing. I am having them out ill keep this post updated

Brittany from Aurum Financial called and asked for me by name (not owner). Made it sound like she was calling from our current provider, so I listened. Asked if I knew what "Risk Matrix" was and explained that we were flagged by V/MC as low risk.  She said we can skip the middlemen and save money on our credit card processing by using their "tier 2" company.  Was persistent, but not rude, in trying to get someone out here to talk to me.  CB# is 602-385-7250 ext 108

Great company! Pay-Tech was ripping me off big time!! I'm so glad they were able to save me MY money, talk about an eye opener. Highly recommend them.

We have been called every day for the last 3 months by Aurum Financial. They say they are merchant services. Have become very obnoxious if you wont schedule a meeting.  Now, they are calling, saying they have a meeting and are coming in, that they cannot cancel the meeting????
they won't take you off caller list.  have been called by Mark, and Lance. will allow next appointment and will call police.
