Unable to call back and therefore unable to CANCEL money coming out of my  account on a monthly basis. Bank unable to help.

I just received an email with this number as well 800-592-1493. The number says that they are closed for the Memorial Day weekend (still). Cannot cancel "whatever" the subscription is for. I think it is a bogus email, but will be contacting my bank when it opens. UGH!

Also received email to call that number. Tried to reply to email to cancel. Email was returned : address rejected. It better be bogus coz i didnt buy any progam on google. We need to find out who this is and what the hell they trying to do................ :-(

I got the same email. My bank advised me to cancel my card just incase.

Yep also got this email, cannot reconcile with anything i may have purchased. most accounts don't have money so transaction should fail.

got an email to call cerbman websecrets in order to cancel a socalled subscription. bogus crap i`ll notify the bank.

yup, got this email too. i did purchase an information package from google on web marketing, the only thing i can think of that could possibly be related.  I'm in australia & there's no way to call the number.  bank has also suggested i cancel the card to be sure.

has anyone actually had any debits on their account from these guys?

Yip, got this email as well.  Similar to steve2614, I also purchased and info package from google on web marketing.  I'm from South Africa and currently in Ukraine, so this message comes at a most inopportune time giving me no chance to sort out that transaction.  I'll check and decline the transaction when I get back.

What I find strange is that this company provides no means for a person to discontinue the service other than calling that number.  Very fishy!

Received the same thing in my email. Have submitted a complaint to the ACCC in OZ, and am waiting for a reply. Gave them this website so that they could see a little more about this scam. Haven't checked my card yet Steve. I'll let you know what happens with the ACCC. A bloke in Canada recently  was caught doing this sort of stuff and was fined $2,000,000.00 Can, and also had to donate $100,000 to the Salvation Army, or some charity. as of 9/7//10 my accounted was charged $59.95 for CERBMAN*WEBSECRETS.  Have no idea what it is.  Also messed up my other transactions.  ugh!!!!!!!

yep!  I received in my bank account this morning a pending for $59.95 for CERBMAN*WEBSECRETS.  called the bank and notified them.

66.00 charged to my card CRAP! From cerbman websecrets

also got the same and have found a suspect notice from the particular bank saying that something funny had happened and asks one to verify...  could be something also connected with an ebank...  looks like these creeps are collecting info everywhere and using it to fill their coffers...  UT.... does that refer to Utah...???   I did not get a call from them..... so dont know how..  although anything is possible these days.

Cerbman Websecrets have illegally taken money from my Visa account.

They have not telephoned me and I have absolutely no idea who they are.

Have reported the fraudulent activity. Have had to close account.

Just received an email to say that they will be charging my credit card for the services under "Flyhigh" bigsavings  name.
I sent a reply back but it has bounced back. Any idea from anyone? Or should I report to the police?

I have managed to trace csspecialities  Login CS admin and IP address: You cannot access it without your login: username and password. (If that is if you remembered it) Their website has been deleted.
Tried calling their phone number but its unobtainable!  What a mess!

I did get a bank transaction for cberman websecret from Utah on my bank transaction debiting $59.00. The bank says it can cancel the transaction after it posts and file a claim. In the interim, I will cancel my present card for another. I have no idea who this company is. I did call the number and got no response.

debit from my bank account for AUD$64.47!!  looks like i'm going to have to close account...<angry swearing>

i've also just submitted complaint to scamwatch ACC in Australia.
have reported unauthorised transaction to bank & VISA, because i had replied to the email, explicitly stating that i did not authorise any billing, will be able to get money back. still annoying though.

On the 04/10/10 $21.09 was processed on my visa debit card from FLYHIGH*BIGSAVINGS 800-610-0514, I have no idea what it is for as I have not ordered anything online or over the phone.
