fax offering insurance. there was no webpage. called number lady answered i asked for website. she wanted me to give her my email address. and said there was 6 dif insurance websites she would email to me. asked me for my email address i asked for just the websites she said she needed to email them to me. i asked for her email address she got rude and hungup

Bottom of page reads, "To be removed permanently please call 1-888-675-3339

Got unsolicited fax "introducing the new healthcare plans" Indicated to call  800-592-3187
No company names were listed. No websites come up the person who answered said they are called "Multiplan".

Same junk fax as everyone else here, bogus health care plans.  The header looks familiar to me, so they must have faxed me before.  Supposed "removal" number listed is 888-703-9235.  Such a scam.
