Called my business and offered health plans. I wish we had a DNC Registry for business phone numbers.

Never picked up since it was not a number I recognized.  Consistently leaves voice mail with no conversation, just background office noise.  Very annoying.

This company calls constantly (At least 3x per day) to my business.  They hang up when you answer, then when you call back they indicate that all representatives are busy.  The call is then disconnected.

this company calls 3-5 times a day and hangs up. When I call back I get a "hold for next representative" and then "due to a network error, your call can not be completed" and disconnect.

I've had 3 calls this morning and like the other posts, they hang up when I answer.

800-592-9196 keeps calling and interrupting my clients valuable time.  I am going directly to the FTC with my complaint.  The id is on my phone so they can not hide or deny the calls.  When they call they do not have the common sense to say anything.

Rung, no one there when answered. 3 calls a day. This has been going on for some time now.

I got the call today on my cell phone.  When I answered, the call was disconnected.

I told the lady that I was not interrested in her service and then hung up.
A week later she called back asked for my husband and I told her I was not putting him on and she said fine "I'll just keep calling back"  and hung up.
I lookes on caller ID and called the nuber back and could not get through.
These people have nerve.

Repeated hang up calls.

800-592-9196 calls my minor daughter's cell phone every single day. Sometimes 3 times a day. Most of the time there is nobody there when you answer. We have tried to call the number back but we can't get through. They called yesterday (06/12/07) and my daughter spoke with a man and asked him to stop calling her cell phone. The man said he wasn't going to stop calling and he can call as often as we wants!! She asked the man what he wanted and he wouldn't answer her. She finally hung up.

these people are driving me crazy!  why even have a business if you are just going to leave messages with no speaking?

Lady with a heavy accent keeps calling and bothering me.  She doesn't tell me what she needs exactly and is very rude.  So i hang up on her.  

When you try and call back to see what company this is, you just hear a recording saying 'the next represenatative will be with you shortly'.  They are soooo annoying!!!

Unknown company calling several times a day, but will not leave a voicemail. Returned call gets a recording.

Calls my cell phone about 5 times a day. I don't answer since I don't know the number and they never leave a message. Who are these people?? What do they want??

I am now getting this call several times a day!  By the look of some of the other posts on this discussion, I suspect this is some sort of telcom scam.  I wonder if calling this number back is truly toll free.  It seems that the purpose of the calls is to either get the user to call the number back, or to make a connection and waste time.  I can almost envision a sweatshop in Maylasia where someone has figured out a way to make 7 cents everytime these calls are connected.

3x a day (except weekends) for the last five days. I do not answer. They do not leave message. They have baracade to block incoming calls. This is harassment. Also, around the same time, began receiving repeated calls from 213/233-9998. They too leave no message. Call back and get a number disconnected message. This too is harassment. I'd like to watch both parties pitted against each other in an arena. One would have a cactus pad, the other a single high heel shoe. When one finished off the other and thought he had survived, the lions would be sent in.

this has been going on for over a week.  it's annoying, waste of time, money and ties you up from prossibly answering a valid business call.  Does anybody actually look at these logs?  Why can't these number be traced by FCC or whomever and the companies doing this stop, fined and procecuted
