    Recording calls up at 3:25am and says "This is the disconnection department of Florida Power and Light; your account is due for disconnection in 30 minutes due to non-payment.  Please call..."  Yeah, right.

    Same - only the phone call clearly came up on our display as DUKEENERGY and they said I had 30 mins to pay or my electricity would be shut off....we don't even HAVE Duke Energy and then told me to call back the 800-596-1942 number discussed here....weird....people will probably call with their cc's out hoping to pay it and then get ripped off....that's terrible....
