On 9/8/10 at 1943 hours I received a call from this number.  The call was difficult to hear, rather fuzzy reception, unusual for a cell phone in 2010.  I soon found out it was an automated recording.  She identified herself as a card fraud security type, and asked if I had charged a hotel room for $200 in Guatemala.  Again it was a recording and not a real person.  I ended up hanging up because I was at Home Depot buying a decorative coat hook.
