Robocall - claimed that I had requested computer service.  Said they are no longer offering this service and that I should call them to request a refund.

Said my Apple account is being blocked until I call the number

They called my number I don't answer calls that I don't know

Caller said my apple account is disabled. Claimed to be an apple support rep. Even gave me his “name” Jordan, ID # 10063. Then asked me to log onto some type of desktop support website that is not affiliated with apple.

said my I cloud accounts been compromised.
I don't have one.

Computer said there name was Hazel and that my Aplle account had suspicious activity and was breached. Said they were going to block my iCloud account and not to use any apple product until I called Apple Support.

I got a call saying my apple account had been compromised? "Phil" from apple support.

The original call was a robot call and I called the number back. The rep asked for my name and I asked for email confirmation that he was who he said he was. He said he would forward my case to another department. He kept asking for information and I told him I was suspicious, he said I shouldn't be.

Left a voicemail saying there’s suspicious activity in my iCloud and would block my access. I called back and indicated that I don’t have an iCloud account. The rep then just hung up on me.

We had the same exact thing happen. It so frustrating.
