Got a call from this number didnt answer it got a call from 313-908-5101   tt Mr.Baker whom gave me the 800-596-4715 to call the office back. Stated that I was going to be served a summons at my place of business. Says that the charges was Theft by deception. (LOL) very freakin funny Mr. Baker I've done collections for 8yrs and Managed an office for 6yrs. Your tactics of trying to collect are against the law. You basically have threaten me that you are taking me to court and was going to be issued a summons. Well news flash Mr. Baker there is no such thing as a debtor jail. However, there is a such thing as a law suit that can be filed against your company. Have you ever heard of the Attorney General in case you haven't than I suggest that you look it up. Get caught up on your FDCPA Laws before you try to call another collector!!!! Good Luck Mr. Baker and you company!

I got a call from this number saying that I have 24 hours to call and settle outside of my local county court, on two counts of theft by deception, I think he said his name was Mr Frazio, at least he sounded american, and not middle eastern like other calls I have received. I will be honest and admit there are some bills that Ihave not paid yet, but he never mentioned the name of any of my debtors, didnt mention a name at all other than his. I will call, and also inform him that it is illegal to threaten, or harass.

Got a call similar to that of Mad Collector. Something about malicious deception and fraud. Have not alled back

YES THE SAME PERSON CALLED ME AND SAID THE SAMETHING AND I ALSO OWE MONEY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN . BUT HOW WOULD I KNOW IF HE'S NOT ANOTHER SCAM ?

It is a scam, but also check your Credit Report and put a Identity Theft Alert on your report because someone did take a Payday loan out using my info from payday.com. Also, if they contact any of your Family members their credit info has been compromised as well. I fialing with the Police tonight.

Got a call on the job about a mr green and said that I had 48 hours to call him back or else my licsene would be suspended. Wow really!!! This is really a threat and I do not take well to threats

My mother in law got a call asking for me saying they had my social security number and they needed to talk to me within 72 hours or i would have papers served on me to go to court, and of course they blocked the number but they left the number on her ans. machine saying all of this information.  they need to be stopped from doing this somehow causing upset people and calling numbers they should not be allowed to call.
