This stupid Indian sounding person called up from what he says was Microsoft explaining that I needed to prepare my credit card immediately due to my computer having a virus and that my subscription had expired.  I politely told the idiot to call other suckers and stopping spamming my phone with his messages.  I explained that I loved to eat cow meat every opportunity I have and invited him for a well done steak with AI sauce.  That did not go to well and the guy started screaming in some funky sounding tongue.  I apologized and stated we may have got off on the wrong hoof.  I listened to what he had to say.  It sounded great, but my computer had no virus and my subscription to Microsoft is still active.  He explained that he could do something called remote control on my pc.  He tried and said my firewall ports were not configured correctly.  What a tool.  Like I am going to open ports so he can wreck havoc on my computer.    After giving him my fake credit card # and fake other information, I invited him over to have some hamburgers with French fries.  He declined so I offered a standing rib roast and T-bone.  He sounded furious as I laughed and hung up the phone.  I believe this person was full of it and had nothing substantial to offer to fix my non-existent computer problem.  Form your own opinions for yourself.

Robo call yes, but they used a female this time with unaccented voice, yapping about the same crock of crud as reported by others here -- that "Windows license has expired and all svc. re Microsoft windows will stop.  To 'reinstall,' call 800 596 5071."

This garbage was heard on our answering machine .   Naturally we won't be calling these numbskulls back.
