THEY CALL MANY TIMES A DAY..WE SEE IT ON THE CALLER ID..IF WE ANSWER..IT'S DEAD AIR..THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING US AND EVERYONE ELSE THE HARASS..DO WE NEED TO GET OUR CONGRESSMEN INVOLVED? HOW CAN WE GET THEM TO STOP? WE KNOW WHEN OUR BILLS ARE DUE AND THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO PAY..SO WHY DO THEY CALL BEFORE THE GRACE PERIOD IS OVER? MAKES ME WANT TO MOVE OUR MORTGAGE TO ANOTHER COMPANY! WHO?

Someone from called and spoke with my minor child requesting information on a McSherry that owned a photo shop. My son informed them they had the wrong McSherry's - they become very beligerant. I called and told them to take us off the calling list - and informed them they should not talk to my minor children. Needless to say, the response was extremely rude. No apology.

well i get calls from this WHACKO like 9:35AM every freaking day for the lasy several weeks and it's really getting on my nerves! next time they call, I am going to tell them to stop calling me. I am glad i wasn't the only one who get calls from this number. :-) dannie

I'm tried of getting these calls for someone else. How do we stop them.

Called regarding debt with Chase that was paid off in February. Kept reinrating that failure to provide proff that the claim was paid would result in being sued. Finally told him that I was in the right, it was paid and I'm not afriad of being sued, since I already paid this. Lawyer for a collection agengy (the agency wasn't named)

Received a fraudulent charge on 08/24/2008 from "EST COMPANY" for $9.40 listing this number as the merchant contact info.  This number goes to a generic voicemail system with no identifying information (company name, etc) in the annoucement.

This Utah number calls my house 5-7 times a day, 7 days a week! Most of the time there is no one on the line. If I try hanging up right away it calls back right away. They never leave a message though.. its getting annoying. h/o there calling right now (not even joking). They say its discover card. There calling for another house hold member, but I'm the only one with a Discover card.

For a while now, a couple of months I received calls from this number..Leaves no message and it always says on my caller ID: Toll Free Call.

There is a fraudulent charge on our card 8/24/08 for $9.35. Whoever is doing this needs to be shut down. We never had any calls that we are aware of and don't know how they charged our card.

Send a registered letter to them telling them to only contact you by mail. If they continue to phone you, it will be considered harrassment after the receipt of the letter. You can then sue them.

Receive at least two call a day from this number. No caller ID only number displaying. They do not leave message. Have never conducted business with bill me later. They called today at 7:30 am.

I'm going to the police. Did you by chance buy anything online?
I can't think of anything that would do this other than a leak in someone's system with creditcard numbers online.

This is a Debt Collection Agency and they call us about 4 times a day every 2-3 hours all week. I'm no annoyed and originally went through a Debt Settlement company for the account they call us on but refuse to do any business with the people we refer them to. Threaten to sue if they continue to call.

I also receive 2 calls a day from this number and it says on caller ID "Toll Free". That's what answering machines are for. But of course they never leave a message. Don't owe these bums a thing so they can stop calling.

i was also charged $9.45 on my checking account 9/3/08. this 800# was listed and is a generic voicemail message.

Received a call from this number on my cell; when I answered I didn't hear anyone or any background noise. No conversation took place and they hung up within 2 seconds.
