Cell phone caller said they were Verizon and would be deducting $150 from my account

Got a pink notice in mail saying vehicle warranty about to expire and to call this number right away.  Not a chance! I got a call a month or so ago that showed a local number and thought it was a friend i was waiting fr a call from.  It was someone from this same outfit i am pretty sure. Started getting more and more calls from strange numbers all over country. Just been blocking!

These scumbags have been harassing me for almost 3 years now. Whether it's the snail mail pink slip & or the phone calls every month from a different state. Trying to sell extended warranties on vehicles. I asked them years ago to take me off they're list to no avail. Now I play whack a mole blocking they're calls!

Yep. I got another letter from this company. Of course the person the letter is addressed to moved away 3 years ago.

I got one of those pink flyers about a "factory" car warranty I never had, giving me the 8006001278 number.  I have forwarded it to the Florida Attorney General's office requesting that they do something about these people.

Yeah. A(nother) letter from these tossers urging me to call them (w/o delay!) regarding a service contract update scam for a vehicle that was sold as part of a relative's estate in 2015.

If these beadovs would concentrate on something legit, perhaps we'd ALL be better off.

I could wallpaper a room with the different colored fliers from this company.

Vehicle Services Department 6400 Pinecrest Drive, Suite 400, Plano, TX 75024-2959 is an Alternate name for:
Auto Assure, LLC, 6400 Pinecrest Drive, Suite 400, Plano, TX 75024-6099,  phone # 972-202-9761.

The BBB shows that "This business is not BBB accredited".
Been in business since 9/14/2010.

But they do seem to have a lot of complaints filed against them.

They also have another alternate name:

Unfortunately, It appears that they are able to sell their services to other vehicle owners.  I am just not impressed enough by what I have researched and read about Vehicle Services Department a.k.a. Auto Assure, LLC to give them my business or personal endorsement.

Do your homework and choose wisely.
