Only a beeping sound upon answering cell phone. Calling back I think the recording says American Agency, which may be a credit repair company????Placed on hold when calling back, so I don't waste my minutes an hang up....They also use the following # 1-877-866-8300. Anyone know anymore????Please post. Thanks.

I got a call on my cellphone.  I didn't pick up, but it registered on my missed call list. Please complain.

We get calls on our landline about twice a day during the week from "American Agency".  No caller I.D., they always leave a message and never respond when we try to answer directly.  Always a female voice that Never gives her name and sometimes has a bad British accent.  The calls seem to come just when we've gotten home from errands or work or something, like they're spying on us.

"American Agency" also Mailed us a notice on pink stationery trying to collect on a PAID Verizon account from my husband's previous wife who passed away three years ago.

Glad to see through this website that this is a scam, but harrassment by phone and mail is really annoying and we would like it to stop.
