Healthnet, has coverage questions

Just got a letter which contained this phone number. The letter claims to be from "Health Net of California Inc" and told me that my "Health Net Medi-Cal has ended on the 1st of this month" and told me to call the number. Very suspicious, since the letter contained very vague details; no names, no case numbers... Most likely a scam or something.

It was HealthNet with coverage info. When I called back the guy said it was just a courtesy call reminding me to fill out a redetermination form.

I received a vague peach tone flyer through the mail with this phone number on it. The question at the top said "Are you having problems with your MediCal?".  So far I am having no problems. I am new to MediCal-HealthNet coverage and followed instructions by signing up, and  I went to my initial doctor's appointment in May 2014. There was no problem. If it's a Redetermination Form, HealthNet can send it anytime.
