    Why did I receive 2 letters from the phone number on the letters? I did not apply for anything. Have NO account with this #, or any other businesses. If my info (and I don`t post it online) was taken via ISP/through ISP, I need to know that. If abused by anybody, and without my knowledge, I need to know as well. If any of the 2 possibilities happened, it would constitute a federal crime, right? And I will handle/report it too!
