Chase Auto Financing, came through as an unknown number but I was given this as the callback phone number. My call from this number was for the final payment after returning a leased vehicle through Chase Subaru.

Called my cellphone today asking for a "Kyle Hernandez".  My name isn't Kyle. Nor do I have an auto loan with Chase.

Chase auto ,we paid required depososition fee and remaining last lease payment, they tacked on &112 for each tire.tires were like new only on ly 25,000 miles on 30,000 mile lease.they refused to inspect car ,2 calls cause insurance damage less than $1000&coverd.they shud pay me,!

Got a call saying they paid a $400 parking ticket on my behalf and they want me to pay them back. They won't say where the ticket was issued, the date of the ticket, the specific violation, nor would they even provide proof that they paid anything. I've called them a dozen times over the past 7 weeks and have gotten nowhere. They gave me a small amount of info: "DC Treasury", the ticket number and the $ amount. I checked the Washington DC DMV and plugged in that ticket number. It showed a $400 moving violation on a different car with different license plates from another state. To make this more insane my car was totaled and considered a complete loss 10 months before Chase ever contacted me.

Thats all the reason anyone needs to ignore such a call and block the number. Scammers like to  impersonate any financial business to try stealing money.

Chasing is saying I owe money for the tires beyond what the appraised amount (which included the tires). I was already about to call them because they have continued to withdraw money from my account for the last 3 months, though the lease has ended and I returned the car. They suck, but they aren't spam.

So if you know who called you, why did you come to a phone number look-up site?

Called and asked for my mother - who has a completely different number. They said they were from Chase. I do lease a vehicle through Chase, but it is in my name only so I was suspicious. I called the actual Chase auto finance to see what was going on - because as far as I know there is no issue with my account. They told me they never called me and that the call from this number was probably a phony.

It's not a phony, just likely a wrong number on file for someone else.  The number is Chase Auto Finance.

THIS IS A SCAM AND IS NOT LEGITIMATE. Have received multiple calls about a leased Subaru I have already turned in and replaced with another leased Subaru saying I owed more than $600 in lease payments. I immediately checked with the Subaru dealership and they said this was a scam and that Chase Auto Finance is in no way connected to the company Subaru uses to handle their leases. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

Chase called from this number, saying I missed a payment on my wifes car. This isn't even possible, the car was in a accident, and was a write off. Our insurance asked them for a final payoff amount to close out the lease and pay for the car, then cut the check, got confirmation from the lender that the payment had been made. Now I owe them another payment? Come on, you don't know how a final payment works? Worse yet, I have nothing to do with the car, except the insurance is in my name.

Chase called me to make my final payment. I had already sent a check to them and they claimed they did not receive it so I payed over the phone. The next day when I called my bank to cancel that check, the check went through my bank that morning. I called Chase they did NOT post it to their account so they had over 1600.00 of mine. After A while they sent me a refund check that had BOUNCED!  I called again, they sent me ANOTHER check, I went to chase bank to cash it and the check was invalid. Now today they said I could cash it now.  I will NEVER lease through them AGAIN and you shouldn't either!

Calling me multiple times a day leaving a VM of 1 second long.  Today they called me at work and left another 1 second VM, this loser was put through via our receptionist so it was a real person and then left no message. If this is really Chase Auto why not leave a proper message?

I recently returned a leased vehicle with Mazda then almost 2 months later I get a letter demanding payment for the vehicle. The letter had this 18006041011 number and when I called it looked like a collection company trying to get the money. Very rude, shady and unprofessional.

Got a call from 1-844-541-1117, asking me to call back 1-800-604-1011. They claim they are with "Chase," but not "Chase Bank" or "Chase Auto Finance" or anything legitimate. They asked me to call back at my earliest convenience but did not specify why in the voicemail. I called Chase Bank and Chase Auto directly to see if this was legitimate and they said it was not, I have no account issues or alerts that I need to be notified of. They said they would NEVER make an outbound call. They would always send an alert.
