Called and said there is legal action pending against me. Comtact them with my lawyer in 24 hours or they will pursue legal actions. Tried to look up number and said no such number/ cannot be found. [***] scam!!!!

I just got a voicemail from them.  The caller ID showed a local number, yet the number to call back was this 800 number.  It was also a full recording.  Stated he was with AMG & Associates, multiple infractions and several violations being filed against my name and social.  I have to call back by 7:00 eastern time to avoid court action.  Yeah.  Scam.

I have an outstanding loan from 2013 and I never took out a loan said I would end up in court and charged with theft.said he needed information on a debit card and be sure that a certain amount of money is on that card on a certain date every month. Why did ypu take a loan and not pay it back.

Just got a call from  phone number 936-207-2324. the recording stated that he was from Amg AND associates, that there were several infractions associated with my name and ss . they gave 800-616-3518 number for me to call back.

I have been receiving calls from this # 800-616-3518, stating that my ex-husband had legal action against him. I called and this man, when I insisted on wanting to know if he had legal problems, he asked me who I was, I told him, he then went off on me telling me that I had a big mouth, and no wonder Robert was my ex-husband. How professional is that. I have seen that these people have been doing this to many ppl. Please investigate!

Me 2/ Asked if this was collection agency and they said no, then I asked what it was regarding and they hung up!!

Another feeble attempt by phony debt collectors. Don't be fooled and ignore their phony bologna threats!

I have been recieving calls to call this number and 18776569376 from the number 6153418442 and 6156971038 with the same message just a different name and different company name i have blocked both number and the still continue to call they just switch number this is a scam with out any doubts

ask for my daughter, stated she has a legal matter against her amd contact them before 7:00Pm aty 1-800-616-3518

I got a call from the same number  ..  they change numbers and their name  I have had Michael chandler call  William Rossi  and Rebecca Davis

At this point, I have received several voicemails "solely for Jonathan Schriefer", a man I do not know and have never heard of, claiming to be on behalf of a lawyer Jeffrey Wheeler and some case E140640 and multiple infractions or some such.  On two occasions I have called this 1800 number left in the voicemail, and talk to someone claiming to be a paralegal for Mr. Wheeler.  When I say I'm not the man in question, they ask for my number, say they'll remove it, and hang up before I can get a word in edge-wise.  Nonetheless the calls continue.  When I insisted on talking to Mr. Wheeler directly I was told I had "an attitude" and was hung up on.

Same exact message about every 2 to 3 months--SCAM!!!!!!!!

I got a voicemail from a heavy breathing man named Jeffrey Wheeler threatening to serve me unless i called before 7pm eastern time.  From what I know, I would just be served if I owed anything or at least receive correspondence.  But I haven't.  I reverse search the local number he was calling from 702-680-0037 and couldn't find anything and I also reversed searched the number he left on the voicemail and nothing.  His fat cheeks made his voice breathy and I couldn't tell if he said "AMG & Associates" or "ANG & Associates"  Either way  I couldn't locate a legal firm he claimed to represent.

I've been getting NUMEROUS calls from this BS company.  I actually called the number (800.616.3518) back.  Spoke with a woman (which BTW, when you google AMG & Associates, it is a general contracting company.  Anyway, I spoke with a woman and told her she's full of it and I don't owe a thing of this sort and won't "settle outside of court".  They called me back today, 2 days later.  I answer, they hang up.  So I called the 800 number back.  Got some rude man on the phone, told him I spoke with the supposed company they're representing and they verified I owe nothing.  I also asked why this has been thru 5 credit agencies so far (as they have stated) yet it's not on my credit.  He got rude and told me not to tell him how to do his job.  I told him to shut up and hung up.  Supposedly I will be served with papers to go to court on the 30th of this month, since I won't settle a $700 balance with a one time $250 payment.

Supposedly this AMG & Associates company they are calling from is a law firm.  It's all a lie.  Read my comment below.  I knew I shouldn't have even called back but I'm sick of them calling me so I told them to leave me alone and got treated like CRAP!

Guy name Jeffery wheeler called and left a message talking about I'm going to be served papers if I don't call them by 7. Saying that I have several infractions and I have go to court if I don't resolve it. So I called back and got a voicrmail saying ive reach 401 then I pushed zero to speak to the operator and no answer.  I'm like what and who is this. And it was voice recorded when they called me. Most real law firm u talk to them direct and they leave messages direct, not using no dang on voice recorder. Is this real or a scam. They shouldn't be scaring people.

REAL process servers DO NOT tell you they are coming.  IF a summons was actually issued, you could NOT void it.
