Might be a collection company.

That is Kubota Credit collection!

calling my number at work cannot get them to quit even though they are calling for someone else.

They would call, let it ring twice, and hang up. Once they left a message that sounded like an older woman speaking English, but the words themselves weren't clear enough to discern.

Kubota Collections--Looking for an employee. Told them the employee is never in the office--to please stop calling this number. (I doubt that worked though...)

This is a collections harassment call from Kubota Tractor Credit Collections, in which a recording comes on as soon as you answer, telling you " to hold until the next available representative can come to the phone ". Screw them !! They're not paying me for my time, and they're not paying me for the privilege of tying up my phone service, so to Hell with them ! Besides, I'm thinking that type of call, where you are immediately placed on hold upon answering & told to wait, is illegal.

Kubota finance trying to get me to buy another tractor.  They won't stop calling.

Called left a message from line 866-260-1979, I could not understand a word said, it was garbled sounded like the woman had been out drinking all night.
they called back again, and a RUDE woman would not answer any of my questions. demanded I give her my office managers name!
I will never answer a call from 866-260-1979 or 800-624-7082

This number is source of annoying calls.  Over 15 calls in one week, mostly just hang up, but 3 times left voicemail saying "Kubota calling... important we hear from you today". I have had no previous dealing with this company.
