- Mini go a call from this number (800-6247092) before i believe but i also did get charge $25.00 from a place called FACTs and it shows this number! But i do not know how!!
- Bon| 2 repliesMy son told me that the $25.00 charge is a one time enrollment fee at his college. It was in the paperwork, but he forgot to tell me! If you Google Facts it will come up having to do with tuition. Maybe our mystery is solved? Anyone else pay college tuition lately??
- PaulaI just noticed a $2.00 charge on my bank statement and it was from my husband paying his college tuition with our checkcard. They charge a $2.00 fee for paying online. I couldn't remember what it was until I read this page.
- jamison replies to Bonyes!! it must have something to do with a loan payment plan. At least that is what I have just done.
- Tom JI've got a charge on my credit card bill from this number. I used the credit card to pay tuition for a class at a local college. The charge is $35, and I'm not very happy about it. I was only given one option to pay online when I signed up for the class, and I guess this charge is a result of paying in that way. I would rather have paid the tuition in one lump sum using my credit card, screw this financing that I did not need. But that option wasn't offered by the college. This sucks.
- Tony| 1 replyI also recieved a charge from this number on my bank account, but it said FACTS PURCHASE - MISSED PAYMENT FEE and charged $25.00 even though I do not pay any college tuition. I pay for college books, but my payments are automatic and I havn't missed any payments. My bank couldn't even tell me where the charge is actually from. It's a bit unnerving to know that when I give out my bank account information for automatic payments that I may get charged without explantions.
- fuzz| 1 replyi got charge 25 dollars from this number a;so. for what reason idon,t know ,could have been for tuition. i will be disputing this!
- Caller: facts
- Cameron replies to fuzzYes! I was charged it as well. what makes me mad though is the fact that I paid the Balance off the same day. I am also fighting it! LOL
- ZeekI have no idea where is this came from! i noticed i was missing 20 dollars and i went to the bank and got a statement but they couldnt tell me what this was from so it left me guessing... hmmm i just paid off my tution fee at college (well half cause im on a payment plan) and i thought that i had to pay the other half next month but i got this charged so i assumed its for college i went home and i looked up my tutions on my student center and says i have to pay the rest off and 20 dollars was not taken off my tution so idk what this is. its kinda making me mad that i cant figure it out! also the number is disconnected... =(

Why all these different amounts for the same service? - CrystalJust got dinged for $35! This is crazy!
- KimberlyFACTS is a legitimate company that handles tuition payments that are automatically deducted from the payee's bank account. The enrollment fee is charged one time each year that the service is used. Aside from that fee, they do not charge any interest on the parent's balance nor make any other money off the parent. The school I work for has used them for many years with great success and minimal problems.
