It appears to be from Oracle.

If the call was actually from Oracle, and I believe it was, they have terrible outbound telemarketing agents. I couldn't understand the name and I couldn't understand the name of the company she said she was calling from. When I did the google search on the 800 number and saw "Oracle" I realized that is what the agent was saying.

Seems like Oracle trying to sell their services/licenses to me. Some of the messages was difficult to understand as it seemed to have poor quality.

Same there here.  Had no idea what the lady's name or company was, as she didn't enunciate very clearly.  (I listened three times while Googling and found this site.)

I received a call from 'Thomas at Oracle Corporation' that left this return call number.  It appears he is in sales and was inuring about my job role and responsibilities at my company and if I have any needs that Oracle could meet.

The caller had a very heavy Indian accent that made it almost impossible to understand; the transcript I received from Google voice was illegible.

I also received a call from this number while at work.  The person was trying to get a name and a phone number of someone working in the database development area which I of course did not give.  I was asking if they were selling something and she said no..  Sounded fishy!  Obviously if our company had dealt with them they would already have a contact name and telephone number and would not bother calling a number that is available to the public.  She had to repeat Oracle three times and spell it for me to understand what she was saying.  Her name was Bharati.  I hate telemarketers!

I received a voice message from someone with a thick indian accent with this number and googled it.  As I was googling, I received email from this same person.  The email is from blank@oracle.com so it looks legit.  We are an Oracle partner and he was asking selling a talent process service that google is now providing their partners.

This looks legit as SAP and others are starting to provide this same service.  I will respond to the email and confirm.

Friday 30th August 2013 - same thing here. A call from "Satty" at Oracle, asking for me by name. Of course "I" wasn't in, but took a message. It seems I had downloaded a Java embedded file in the past - which is true - for my QNAP server. I recall having to leave some details to obtain the download.
So not a scam, on the surface. I was surprised when she gave her number and extension. I'm not going to return the call.
