I am a new t-mobile subscriber and keep getting calls from this number

Didn't leave a message and when I tried to call the number back it says the number cannot be reached from my calling area. Did a search online and it's pulling up Bright.net...I don't have any business ties to this company.

She said she was from Medco and started listing our family members.  (We do not have Medco).  When she asked for my daughter as my husband's wife, I knew something was not right.  I did not give any info and hung up on her.

I have also recieved a number of calls from 800-633-6245.  When I answer there is no one on the other end.  Research indicates it is a company named Bright.net, with this number for the office that covers six north western Ohio counties.  They offer Internet connection services.  I think they have a automatic dialer for solicitation that is not working correctly.

The automatic dialer hangs up if you are on the do not call list.  Also, sometimes there is sometimes adelay before the automatic dialer connects the real person.  They also do surveys for telephone, internet, cell phone companies to get feed back on a recent purchase of internet/phone or bundled services.

Received a call from this number and when I tried calling back it took me to the company bright.net. Spoke with a person there who informed me that the 800 number was indeed theirs and that it was being spoofed by a company claiming to be medco or some other company claiming to give prescriptions and as of right now there is no way to figure out who is doing the spoofing and that the 800 number is not used for solicitation but is their for customers outside of their local calling network.

This is Cheryl and I am the Manager at bright.net.  Our phone number is 800-633-6245 and we are an internet company located in northwest Ohio.  Over the past several months we have been getting numerous calls from people all over the United States stating that we are calling them the same time everyday.  I can assure you it is not us making the calls.  After much research we have found out that someone is spoofing our number.  Our number is programed to show up on their caller ID. So when making outbound calls it's our number showing up on your caller ID, however it is not us making the call.  From what we know it's a prescription company, since they seem to know what medications the people are on that they are contacting.  We've even received a call from a hospital in Texas letting us know that their clients are receiving phone calls from our 800 number.  We've contact our phone carrier and had all calls blocked from outside of Ohio being able to contact us to reduce the number of calls we are getting, so that's why some of you are getting the recording "unable to reach from your calling area"  In searching the FCC's website there is nothing they can do, because as of now "it's not illegal what's being done.  We've also contacted our local Better Business Bureau to make them aware of what's happening.

So I'm asking for your help - if you get one of these phone calls again and you are actually talking to someone can you see if you can get a call back number?  I would sure love to put a stop to this.

This is Medco pharmacy.  I have their mail order prescription service through my BCBS insurance.  Every time I get a prescription filled at my local pharmacy, they call to tell me how much cheaper than can fill it for and ask if I want them to have the prescription transferred to them.
