I also got a call from this number. The guy says his name is Justin and he works for a Law Office called Silver and Associates. I would like to know if this is a ligit business.

You are wrong just for the record... Thats the collection agency look again-- Law Firm is a different company..

wrong, that collection company IS the law firm.  I have recieved mail from the law firm which comes back to NCB's address.

some law firm..some so called collection agency type law firm.  have no clue if they are legit..someone said one of these calls had to do with a bill from 10 years ago that were paid.  they would not send an itemized bill to the person, they just said they owed it..scam, scam, scam..once you call, they have you recorded then they can snag you.. lets get this stopped.

Received a call  - caller said from law firm and client is willing to hold off lawsuit - never once was the "client's" name mentioned - won't call back - can't leave info - can't get info

I received a call from this agency yesterday.  I returned the call today and they told me they were collecting a debt from 2011.  They told me it as a credit card through Hennesey(?) Bank and was originally through Capital 2 credit card.  I explained that I had never heard of either one.  Plus I never received any type of collection notice in the past 8 years from those companies.  They asked for the lasts 4 digits of my SS which I was hesitant to give.  Then she told me all of the identifying information matched me.  I tried to tell her that I had not taken out any card from those places, but all I got was a repeated "your options are to report it to the police (2011???) or pay or make a settlement with them.  I told her I was not paying someone else's bill and received the same speech about the options.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

This caller keep calling threatening me.

One of NCBs many numbers. Old-school abrasive style collectors that threaten and trick rather then help. Spoke with one, told her I'd pay the total with my next check. Said, she has to schedule a payment now, I said, not going to happen, voice got more serious and kept saying it has to happen. Said thanks and hung up. Next day, a dude calls with the "[***] detective type voice" telling me what I had to do right off the bat. I found it more annoying then anything. Can only imagine the using these tactics on old people.
