    Rachel following up on a regarding a reduction in my O&R bill through the NY energy choice program.  Please have my bill handy when I call back so we can review. It then cut off.  Too bad I moved out of NYS over 8 years ago, and O&R hasn't been my provider since.  I just never changed my cell number
