    They called and left a 33 second voicemail in Chinese, which I don't speak. DHL was mentioned (in English) at one point, so it may be related to this http://www.dhl.com/en/legal/fraud_awareness.html in some way.

    This is an ongoing scam targeting the Chinese people.  It started out as a Chinese Consulate scam and has now progressed to this regarding illegal shipments and packages.  They are trying to extort money from people.
