"DAVID KELLY" left a message with a case number and told me to call 800-640-9275 to change a scheduled delivery under my husband's name.  When I called, they told me someone had filed a complaint against my husband.  When they asked for his SSN and I refused to give it, they became hostile, told me our phone conversation was being recorded, and I would be documented as being uncooperative.

I received 2 messages from this David Kelly person stating the same as above, I called the number back and they stated he was a courier but couldn't give me any additional information because they wanted to verify personal information and I would not give it to them. I checked the local court records and there is nothing there

I've received 2 calls from Dave Kelly myself. Didn't respond to either by on the first call he left a message that I should expect a delivery this Wednesday between 1-3 pm and to have my license handy when I do. The second call was a follow up because I did not respond to the first one stating that day and time was good so now they need to verify my address. Hmmmmmm seems sketchy! Wouldn't you think they might want to verify on the first call??? I'm not responding!!!!

Received the call same as the others from a David Kelly. It was stated in the voice mail that they wanted to deliever a complaint. The company seems to buy others debt then sue you for it to get back the money.
