Got a call from this number today, and they did leave a message. It is Cincinnati Bell trying to sell services.

Biggest problem is that this is a telemarketing call, I just verified that my number is on the "Do Not Call" list, and I have no prior business relationship with them. As such, it seems as though they are violating the law here.

Don't know what caller wanted, they didn't speak

I have been getting calls from this number for the last 3 three days, two to four times a day, no message    has ever been left. I figured it was a telemarketer. I do have a cell phone with CinBell. I don't get calls on my cell. Leo

Same here...they keep calling two or three times a day.  Sometimes I get a message about Cincy Bell and other times nothing.  Very annoying and I'm on the do-not-call list!
